Lyons Memorial recognizes that there are people in Gore Bay and other areas on the western end of Manitoulin Island who struggle to make ends meet and put food on the table.
Our Food Cupboard is stocked with basic non-perishable food items like peanut butter, pasta, pasta sauce, canned soups and vegetables, and other necessities such as soap and toilet paper.
We are open every Thursday from 12:00pm – 3:00pm and anyone is welcome to come by. Come to the side door (facing McQuarrie Motors) and someone will be there to direct you to the Food Cupboard.
